Once an order is placed,  it will be held for a 1-working day cancellation window. Within this delay, you may cancel the placed order by accessing the order detail page via your user account dashboard and then place a new order.

If the order has already been shipped out, you may contact EVOVE Support Team at info@evovevape.com specifying your order number and the order info that you wish to change. Our customer support team will help you with the rest of the procedure.
