EVOVE will provide replacement free of charge for products purchased on EVOVEVAPE.COM, under warranty according to the following terms and conditions.
• Warranty provides 1 replacement sample free of charge for defective and eligible EVOVE device within 365 days of purchase by the end user.
• Warranty provides 1 replacement sample free of charge for every defective and eligible EVOVE pod within 7 days of purchase by the end user.
• Customer must provide order number and photos/short videos demonstrating the product's defect as attachment in an email sent to EVOVE Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Warranty may be void as a result of the following circumstances:
• The customer does not provide order number or photos/short videos as proof
• Product failure or damage which is caused by improper use or unauthorized adjustments
• Product failure or damage as a result of excessive force or impact and non-recommended operating conditions
• Product failure or damage caused by water or any other conducting-liquid
• Product failure or damage caused by usage with non EVOVE brand suggested components
Warranty does not cover:
• Cosmetic breakdown occurring through wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic
• Normal performance degradation of batteries. Please contact EVOVE Support Team at email@example.com for more information on battery degradation
• Personal items or consumable goods and attachments, including but not limited to non EVOVE pods, non EVOVE devices, and USB cables
• Any non EVOVE brand product
EVOVE reserves the right of final decision in all warranty cases. EVOVE may interpret and revise the content of this warranty.
